Matt has been photographing Queer culture for 20 years. His work includes extensive work on The Homotopia festival, several solo art and photography/video exhibitions and his work is on permanent display in the museum of Liverpool.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS:
Each workshop starts with theory and practical techniques, followed by studio time for hands-on experimentation with classmates. In the final part, you'll use your new skills to create a portrait of our guest Drag Queen. Each session highlights a different Queen and features a unique lighting style, making every class one-of-a-kind

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?
This workshop is for all levels of photograher. I’ll be covering a lot about how I personally approach shoots, so if you have never done a portrait shoot in your life, or you shoot for magazines, I aim for it to be insightful for everyone
I would expect my students to have at least a basic knowledge of a DSLR. But I have reserved two seats per class for anyone who doesn’t own a decent camera. If you want to rent one please get in-touch first
