RUBY STARDUST

I’ve created an ongoing series of fine art Polaroids, inspired by my deep obsession with vintage sci-fi and fantasy. Each image is meticulously crafted using miniature sets, all captured in-camera on Polaroid film.

There’s no post-production, no Photoshop, and absolutely no AI involved.

In a time when AI “artists” can effortlessly generate ‘art’ through prompts, often borrowing from the years of work, aesthetics, and skills of real artists, I wanted to create something that harks back to a time of true craftsmanship, originality, and joy.

To reinforce this, each of my works is shot exclusively on Polaroid—images that are only ever captured once, making every shot a unique piece of art.

I love the idea of creating a fantasy world that could never exist. That breaks the laws of our universe and has endless posibility. For me it’s pure ESCAPISM from our relity that grows ever OMINOUS. but in a rebellion against AI, this imagined world im BEGINNING to create actually did once  in the real world.
